The KindMind Story
KINDMIND began in 2016 when co-founders Abi Mapua and Mark Meily, from the design academe and creative industry respectively, banded together to use their knowledge of human-centered design (HCD) to run social innovation workshops.
It was a successful experiment and they thought: how might we share this new process of creative collaboration with government, private organizations and businesses to help them innovate in an era of digital transformation and shifting attitudes towards brands and institutions?
Two years later, KINDMIND has evolved into an impact-oriented design lab to respond to the need for transformative thinking in tackling the business, environmental and social challenges of our times.
We added three to the tribe, all with HCD experience, each with a different background, to grow our collective expertise.
